Market Research & Content for Psychiatry Telehealth Services
Others collaborated on this project to ensure timely completion, with my role primarily involving research, strategy, information organization, site construction, and overall guidance on writing content and layout.
Market Research
Market research involved analyzing market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies in the landscape of remote healthcare.
Market Strategy
I recommended first building a high-quality authoritative website with user-friendly navigation to capture bookings. Once launched, then paid ads.
Website Design
While paid ads can drive traffic, a well-designed site ensures that clicks lead to a positive first impression, strengthening brand image.
Content &Copy
The content was crafted to engage users with relatable imagery and reassure them that mental health challenges are normal.
In my initial meeting with the client, I focused on understanding his business goals and reasons for seeking help. He wanted immediate paid search and a updated website.
The Website
I began mapping out the website to ensure a smooth, intuitive flow for users, allowing them to explore topics with ease. This plan also served as a blueprint for designing elements and visuals that enhance the user experience on each page. This is my first draft to begin to construct the site.
Market Research
With a month to achieve this goal, I began by researching the telehealth market in-depth. I analyzed the audience, competitors, keywords, competitor ads, websites, and focusing on what users are searching for to bring relevant topics to the forefront.
A clear and concise core message in a straightforward manner should understand what you are offering within seconds of landing on your page.
Highlight unique selling points and what sets you apart from the competition.
Address pain points, show empathy and how your services can provide help. Motivate clients by evoking their emotions. Here you will build a deep connection that you understand them from the very beginning.
Once the website is launched focus on social media and paid ads quickly.
Each disorder was structured into a four-step guide, offering a clear path to understanding their symptoms, seeking help, and learning why it's essential. This approach was research-driven and aligned with customer intent, forming the foundation of the website's content, social media content and blog.
I organized the research into a natural, step-by-step path that addresses the questions a user might have about their illness or disorder. Starting with anxiety.
I began with a general definition of anxiety, providing examples to show how common this condition is and reassuring users that they are not alone. I emphasized that help is accessible and within reach. Here I was trying to normalize their issue.
What is Anxiety?
Next I provided the symptoms and distinct types, along with a clear explanation of each. This information helps users recognize specific signs and understand the variations within anxiety, making it easier for them to identify what they may be experiencing.
Types of Anxiety
Then, I simplified the research on treatments for each type of anxiety to help users easily understand their options.
Treatments For Anxiety
Finally, I listed the medications commonly used to treat each type of anxiety, along with brief descriptions of each.
Medications For Anxiety
Anxiety
When the website is live, launch ads to drive conversions by gently addressing emotional needs and potential obstacles. Highlight key benefits, such as affordability and convenient home access—crucial for those facing depression or anxiety. Focus on paid search, display ads, and social media to attract visitors and encourage action.

Screenshots of Paid Ads
I started assembling topics and elements to create an authoritative site that guides users on a journey of self-discovery. Whether they’re uncertain or have an idea of what’s wrong, I wanted the site to reassure them that they’re not alone and that this is a safe, informative space. By offering valuable knowledge upfront, the site builds trust and makes it easy for users to see the benefit of seeking further help with transparent, reasonable pricing.

The Blog
I created a foundational draft of research to guide our efforts and recommended that the co-copywriter begin with 20 blogs at launch. This approach aims to provide valuable content that resonates with our audience and enhances our online presence. I came up with the title "Mind Matters," as I thought it perfectly aligned with the project.
