What better way to understand a client's work than by experiencing it firsthand? She provided me with a consultation, analyzing my natal chart to uncover my strengths, weaknesses, core tendencies, and approach to life. Initially skeptical, I was astonished at how accurately she described my personality and behavior.
This experience convinced me of the value of using these insights in counseling to address personal challenges and unlock potential. By becoming a client, I gained a deeper understanding of her approach and identified key elements that would resonate with her audience.
First Website Collaboration
Mariia chose to rebrand to mark a fresh start for her business. Now residing in the United Kingdom, she hired me to create a bilingual website, ensuring her services were accessible in both English and Ukrainian.

She wanted the new site to focus on achieving life balance through the use of astrology.

Her previous colors, yellow and black, felt disconnected from her evolving brand identity.
Mariia's journey has taken her across the globe, including time spent in the United Kingdom, Poland, and Portugal. Prior to returning to Ukraine, she lived in the United States for a decade. Her vision is to establish a global online counseling service, leveraging her multilingual skills to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Capturing Her Brand Vision
After collaborating, we finalized the color palette, inspired by her love for flowers and her vision for a brand that radiates warmth and balance. Her previous colors, yellow and black, felt misaligned with her goal of guiding clients toward to serenity and positivity.
Drawing from her photos and passion for nature, we introduced a palette of cheerful purples and pinks. The result is a logo and mood board that beautifully reflect the vibrant and uplifting spirit of Mariia.
Wireframe Consultation
I helped Mariia grow her follower base from 600 to over 3,000 in just one year, and we're not stopping there. By consistently updating with fresh content and implementing targeted campaigns, we aim to reach 4,000+ followers within the next 5 months. Stay tuned for continued growth and exciting updates!
Working on this project has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Launch
After a six-month review, we observed a significant increase in English-speaking followers. However, the conversion rate remained low, potentially due to concerns about the dual-language structure of the site. As anticipated, duplicate pages in both languages negatively impacted search engine optimization. To address these issues, we restructured the website by removing the Ukrainian pages while retaining the English content.
Rebranding and Growing a Life-Balance Counseling Platform
The client sought to rebrand her unique blend of astrology and psychology counseling to enhance her presence online. The client wanted the website to be in Ukrainian & English. Her current website primarily served as an introduction to her services, available in Ukrainian. While her skills shone through, the platform needed a transformation to reflect her expertise and connect with a global audience.

Page Structure
In constructing Mariia’s website, I ensured that both Ukrainian and English versions were seamlessly integrated to cater to her diverse clientele. Following her request, I set up a dropdown menu for easy navigation of services in both languages. While I anticipated potential SEO challenges due to duplicate content, the client’s vision for a bilingual platform was the priority. We agreed to reassess the site’s performance in 6 to 8 months, ensuring it continues to meet both user and SEO needs effectively.

Design Elements
Mariia envisioned a vibrant and welcoming website with bright pink text and borders to reflect her energetic and uplifting approach to counseling. She also wanted to showcase images of herself surrounded by flowers, creating a warm, personal connection with visitors. To make the user experience seamless, we designed a custom form to collect clients' date of birth, email, and name, essential for her astrology-based services. Each service was carefully detailed on individual pages, with PayPal payment options available in both euros and US dollars. Astrology and elements of the natal chart are woven throughout the site, reinforcing the core of her practice.
The website instantly received traffic as soon as it launched due to a promotion on Instagram. Forms were being filled out. After analyzing the traffic in the first month, the majority were from her Instagram account. I then connected her Instagram account to the website. The click-through rate improved after this change. We led the user to message her directly for a more personable approach. On the instagram page, we added the number on her followers and the languages she can speak.
Performance
After the pages were permanently redirected, an English blog was also introduced, featuring posts adapted directly from her Instagram to engage her growing audience. Additionally, I implemented a Google Translate feature, enabling users to access the site in the multiple languages Mariia speaks, ensuring accessibility without compromising optimization.
By presenting these concepts together, the website emphasized Mariia’s unique ability to bridge the intuitive wisdom of astrology with the practical, evidence-based strategies of psychology. Through updates, the website evolved into more than a platform for booking services, it became an educational and inspirational hub. Visitors were not only drawn to her expertise but also empowered to apply these insights to overcome obstacles and create meaningful, balanced lives.
Optimization
I began incorporating more about life balance into the website, weaving this central theme throughout the content to reflect the core of Mariia’s practice. Each service page was enhanced to showcase how astrology and psychology interconnect, offering a holistic approach to helping clients achieve harmony in their personal and professional lives.

Astrology concepts, such as the influence of the zodiac, planetary alignments, and natal charts, were thoughtfully integrated into the site. These elements were explained in detail, demonstrating how they provide valuable insights into personality, emotional tendencies, and life patterns.

To enhance user experience and optimize the site, I added pages on Astrological Psychology and the differences between Eastern and Western Astrology as they relate to wellness. These pages explain how Mariia combines astrology and psychology to foster balance and self-awareness, and explore the unique traits of each astrological system. This not only educates visitors but also boosts SEO by targeting relevant keywords.

The website achieved an impressive 95% Performance Score, indicating excellent optimization and user experience. This high score demonstrates the commitment to delivering a fast, reliable, and user-friendly experience, essential for SEO and user satisfaction. above the fold.
